They’re seeking an L3 Technical Support Specialist to join their growing US team.
This role sits at the intersection of hardware, Linux-based systems, networking, and operations, serving as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and playing a key role in stabilizing and scaling their in-store audio fleet.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues across Linux devices, audio hardware, networking, and cloud systems.
Lead root cause analysis for high-impact incidents and implement corrective actions.
Develop Python-based tools and automate workflows to improve diagnostics and troubleshooting efficiency.
Support hardware deployment, installation quality, and lifecycle processes in partnership with operations and installation teams.
Mentor L2 engineers, create troubleshooting guides, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to improve support and product reliability.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in senior technical support, escalation, NOC, SRE-adjacent, or systems engineering roles in production environments.
Strong Linux troubleshooting skills (system services, process management, networking, log analysis).
Hands-on hardware support experience: connectivity, power, cabling, and post-install troubleshooting.
Solid networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP/static IPs, firewalls, ports, TLS, NTP, and distributed/edge systems.
Experience leading root cause analysis, developing Python-based automation or diagnostics, and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
