Woods & Co Recruitment is partnered with one of the top surety brokerages in the nation. After over 50 years in the business they were recently acquired by a VC-funded MGA and are looking to ramp up activity on the commercial surety side. They are seeking skilled commercial surety underwriters or brokers who are looking to level-up their skillset by working in this esteemed company.

• Place and structure commercial surety bonds (license & permit, miscellaneous, and transactional) across multiple carrier markets

• Build and grow a profitable book of commercial surety business through repeat broker and client relationships

• 3+ years in commercial surety at a brokerage, carrier, MGA, or specialty platform
• Strong grasp of credit analysis, financial statements, and indemnity structures
• Confident, market-facing communicator with a client-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
