Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious NYC Social Club to find a Membership Coordinator.
Specializing in revenue-driving strategies, this individual will work closely with key business unit managers to create marketing initiatives for strategic units including bedrooms, food & beverage, sports, and events/functions.
We are looking for a confidential secretary to the Board of Governors who can serve as the information, marketing, and communications liaison for all Club committees.
The successful candidate will have the ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate with a variety of individuals, instilling confidence and always exhibiting professionalism.

Strategic Impact: Involvement in the Club's long-range strategic plan.
Leadership Support: Assist the Board of Governors, General Manager, and Membership Campaign Coordinator to achieve campaign goals.
Creative Influence: Assist with the finalization of the Membership Plan and promotional materials for campaigns.
What do you do?
Manage the Member Lifecycle: Work on all phases of membership from proposals through elections to orientation and resignations.
Digital Marketing: Create, update, and administer the Club's website and email marketing campaigns to inform members and guests of products, services, and amenities.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing, promoting, and managing Club events.
Record Keeping: Maintain member records, send and receive correspondence as it relates to membership.
Internal Communications: Act as an effective communicator of Club information, assuring all personnel are informed of Club events, functions, amenities, and services.
What do you need?
Technical Skills: Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, North Star, and website/email software applications.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Club By-Laws, House Rules, and the membership roster.
Experience: Experience with club marketing and communication systems.
Leadership: A professional who can provide leadership to committees and instills confidence in members.
