Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. You’ll be responsible for driving project success through detailed planning, cross-team collaboration, and continuous process improvement—all while ensuring alignment with client specifications and delivery expectations.

What do you do?
Oversee project execution from design through to manufacturing and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to maintain alignment and momentum
Identify and manage risks, resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery
Create and maintain detailed documentation including project timelines, progress reports, and stakeholder communications
Continuously assess and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Track project budgets and identify opportunities for savings
Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
Lead process improvement initiatives to support long-term operational excellence
What do you need?
Demonstrated experience managing complex or high-value projects in construction, manufacturing, or architectural industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders
Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
