Woods & Co is partnered with a prestigious private members club in Manhattan as they seek an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and presentation of a high-end, member-facing environment.

The club operates at the intersection of hospitality, service, and discretion, requiring a facilities professional who understands that reliability, standards, and attention to detail are critical to the member experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the club
• Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with NYC building, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support club operations during events and peak service periods
• Partner with club leadership on upgrades, improvements, and long-term planning

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in facilities or building management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Background in hospitality, private clubs, luxury venues, or high-end commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on, proactive, and calm in a live operational environment
• Flexible to support non-standard hours when required
