They are currently looking to onboard a Commercial Surety Claims Counsel.

• Manage commercial surety claims from notice through resolution
• Analyze bond language, indemnity agreements, and legal exposure
• Coordinate with underwriting teams and external counsel
• Handle negotiations, settlements, and litigation strategy
• Provide legal guidance to underwriting partners

• Experience handling commercial surety claims
• JD required; bar admission preferred
• Strong knowledge of surety law and bond obligations
• Ability to manage complex claims independently
