They’re now seeking a driven and high-energy Territory Sales Manager to lead their San Diego / Arizona territory. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Greater San Diego. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

What do you do? - Maintain and expand the company’s position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation across the commercial and residential building sectors within the territory
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with insulation distributors, building material dealers, retail/LBM locations, builders, and contractors
- Drive market share growth with a focus on commercial building materials
- Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions and adjust strategy to maintain a leading market position
- Achieve established sales and profit goals while managing within the assigned expense budget
- Deliver technical presentations and product training sessions to customers and industry professionals
- Serve as the critical link between the organization and its customers, ensuring best-in-class service and long-term account success
What do you need? - Prior technical sales experience within the building materials industry (required)
- Experience within construction and/or architectural industries
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent presentation and training capabilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- A proactive, high-energy mindset with strong integrity, drive, and accountability
