They have been around for over 45 years and pride themself on their insurance expertise and specialization within commercial and personal lines. Currently, they are looking to onboard a Personal Lines Account Manager to consolidate the NE region. The ideal candidate will have Account Management expertise within personal lines and a production mentality.

About You

• Experience servicing personal lines in an agency or brokerage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable working with carriers, clients, and producers
• P&C license (or ability to obtain) preferred

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and service a book of personal insurance accounts
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and carriers
• Support producers with marketing, placement, and retention
• Identify coverage gaps and add-value opportunities
