Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing Australian fintech that just launched in the U.S. Their platform lets businesses earn points and rewards for everyday payments like bills, suppliers, and wages, turning routine transactions into real value. With recent funding to support U.S. expansion, they’re now building their first U.S. team in Dallas.

We’re looking for Customer Growth Specialists to engage new customers, guide them through the platform, and help set the foundation for the company’s U.S. growth. This is a hands-on, early-stage role with huge exposure and opportunity to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new customers as they sign up for the platform.
• Guide businesses through the activation and onboarding process.
• Build strong relationships during the first 60–90 days of the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure customers are successfully set up before transitioning them to the Customer Success team.
• Educate customers on the rewards and points system and how they can maximize its value.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to create a seamless customer experience.

What you need:

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.​​​
