Woods & Co Recruitment is partnered with a world-leading equipment protection insurance agency that is seeking proficient production underwriters or producers to join their robust management team. They are looking for candidates in Canada/U.S. in this fully remote position to deliver world-class physical damage/inland marine/construction products to their wide dealer network.

What you'll do:

• Manage strong current partner relationships
• Own a high-demand product in a growing specialty equipment market with real data behind it
• Sell into an established dealer and OEM network — the distribution is already there
• Shape strategy, run audits, and sit at the table during planning — real scope from day one

What we're looking for:

• 4 or more years in P&C underwriting, production, compliance, or product management
• Licensed P&C producer in US or Canada, or willingness to obtain license
• Commercial Middle-Market experience preferred
• Inland Marine focus preferred, but not a requirement
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent certification
