Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a well-established paper manufacturing business known for high-quality production and a fast-paced, team-driven environment who partner with some of the biggest airlines, theatres and fast food chains for all their paper and cardboard requirements. With continued growth, they’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support their finishing operations, specifically focused on paper stripping.

This is a hands-on position working within the production and warehouse team, where you’ll be responsible for stripping waste paper from die-cut sheets, ensuring clean, accurate finished products ready for dispatch. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and keeping production running efficiently.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or print environment (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hands
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
