driven and design-savvy Architectural Sales Manager to lead their
New England territory, covering
Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (with limited travel to New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine). Based in the
greater Boston area, you’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and play a vital role in expanding this company’s influence across the A&D community.

What do you do? - Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, designers, and key industry decision-makers to drive specifications and design influence
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand product adoption and basis of design (BOD) specifications across leading A&D firms
- Deliver engaging presentations, CEU sessions, and product updates to educate and inspire design professionals
- Partner with an internal sales representative to manage pipeline activity and deliver tailored, client-specific solutions
- Track and manage projects through CRM systems, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability
- Act as a trusted design and technical advisor, articulating value propositions and aligning products to client needs
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation
What do you need? - 3–5 years of solution-based commercial sales or design experience within interior building products
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and large groups
- Proven success in relationship development and achieving measurable sales results
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 40% (including some overnight travel) throughout New England
- A proactive, collaborative, and design-oriented mindset with a passion for architectural innovation
