Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a supply chain company who distribute single-use food plastic, paper, aluminum and molded fiber products for the foodservice industry.
Our client is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant who is bilingual in Mandarin and English and has meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a background in International Trade Industry, is unafraid to take on new challenges, is motivated and determined to get the job finished.
The company is growing and expanding and looking for someone who thrives and acclimates in a dynamic and evolving position. What’s in it for you: - $70,000 - $75,000 salary.

What do you do: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with invoice processing, budget management, expense reporting.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
- Act as a problem-solver and resource for executives by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating matters as needed.
- Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be adaptable and flexible to meet the evolving needs of the executives and the company.
What do you need: - Bilingual fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Organizational skills (process driven).
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment and experience in such a setting.
- Ability to work with timelines and deadlines
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Ability to work earlier and later hours when needed.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude.
