Customer Success Manager. Allowing business to earn points and rewards for everyday business costs (bills, suppliers, wages etc.) this business is on an incredible rise and now looking for a Customer Service Manager to be one of their first, and most pivotal US hires!
As a
Customer Success Manager, you will lead the first onboardings of new clients and guide them through the onboarding process, keep customers engaged and using the platform, ensure the customers are utilising the full list of features on the platform, maximise upsell and renewals and monitor customer activity.

What do you do? - Provide consultative assistance to customers joining the platform, running video demos about the features and usability of the platform
- Walk customers through each function of the platform
- Act as the bridge between sales, business development, and operations to ensure a seamless transition for new clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey
- Lead kick-off and implementation meetings involving clients, sales, and operations teams
- Manage the setup of clients in internal systems, tools, and workflows
- Handle client inquiries and issues during onboarding, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Conduct follow-up sessions to gather feedback, refine SOPs, and confirm a smooth transition to ongoing operations
- Participate in client meetings on-site or off-site as required
- Manage internal communications to ensure all clients are looked after
What do you need? - Onboarding / Customer Success experience within a high-growth/SaaS/start-up environment will be highly regarded
- 3-5 years’ experience in a fast moving, high paced setting
- Proven experience with video demonstrations/platform walkthroughs will be highly regarded
- The desire to be in a “no two days are the same” start-up environment
- Ability to be in the McKinney Avenue office 5 days per week
- A ‘go-getter’ attitude
