The CEO of a leading global financial services firm is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Personal Assistant to join their dynamic support team. This is your chance to step into a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — from travel planning to social media projects, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal world runs seamlessly.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate both professional and personal scheduling, including appointments, reservations, and household arrangements
  • Manage international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Organize and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, agendas, and events
  • Oversee wardrobe and style management, including shopping and event prep
  • Provide high-level administrative support such as meeting notes, data management, and correspondence
  • Lead and track multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized systems and to-do lists for both business and personal priorities
  • Support internal communication and team coordination
  • Manage social media accounts, helping expand the CEO’s digital presence
  • Take on additional creative, executive, or personal assistant duties as needed
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 6 months of administrative, personal assistant, or executive support experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A resourceful, proactive, and solutions-focused approach with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Confidence in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Benefits:
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Visa sponsorship available
Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000
