About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Product Designer who will shape the company's direction. This hands-on position offers the chance to collaborate with co-founders, define design strategy, and build a team. You'll be involved in various aspects, from user research to product design, free from restrictions.
  
  
About You:
You are an experienced Product Designer with strong experience and a passion for e-commerce, retail, brands, and consumer behavior. You should thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, love user-centric design, and have a can-do attitude. You will have:
  

• 4+ years of experience in designing digital products, covering systems, interactions, illustrations, motion, and visuals. Non-traditional backgrounds are equally welcome.
• Strong experience in design strategy, visioning, prototyping, design systems, web and mobile design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A proven track record of leading complex initiatives from ideation to launch, preferably from 0 to 1.
• Proficiency in Figma and the latest prototyping tools.
• E-commerce expertise: experience and deep understanding of e-commerce or retail tech, including the merchant, the shopper, and the ecosystem.
• Startup Mindset: Thrive in a close-knit, cross-cultural, fast-paced, and exciting early-stage startup environment. Adapt to fluid organization and processes, be open to feedback, and drive fast iterations.
