Allowing business to earn points and rewards for everyday business costs (bills, suppliers, wages etc.) this business is on an incredible rise and now looking for a Marketing Lead to be one of their first, and most pivotal US hires!
As the first marketing hire in the US, you’ll be instrumental in introducing and scaling this incredibly exciting business across the American market. This is a unique opportunity to take a successful Australian fintech and establish its presence in an entirely new region. You’ll oversee all local marketing initiatives, partnering with their Australian team for strategic consistency and collaborating with the US Head of Country to define go-to-market focus areas.
You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution—leading acquisition efforts, running go-to-market campaigns, and laying the groundwork for the brand in the US.

What do you do?
- Own the end-to-end US marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth.
- Plan, develop, and launch campaigns across digital, content, partnership, and PR channels.
- Partner closely with the Australian team to maintain brand consistency and support lifecycle marketing and creative development.
- Drive US customer acquisition efforts, working alongside the Australian performance marketing team and/or external agencies.
- Build and manage local partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to boost awareness and strengthen customer trust.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, marketing campaigns, and new feature rollouts.
- Create content and social strategies tailored specifically to the US audience to grow engagement and community.
- Track and report on performance metrics, customer insights, and ROI to guide ongoing growth initiatives.
- Establish the foundation for future team growth as the US business scales.
What do you need?
- 6+ years of marketing experience in Fintech, financial services, or rapidly scaling B2B/B2C tech companies.
- Hands-on leader with a player-coach mentality—able to dive into execution while shaping strategy.
- Proven experience launching or growing brands in new markets.
- Strong expertise across digital marketing, including performance, content, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Excellent communicator who thrives working with global teams across different time zones.
- Analytical and curious, with a growth mindset and a test-and-learn approach to marketing.
- Based in Dallas, Texas
- Comfortable working with Australian team knowing that this may mean some after hour calls to accommodate time zones
