With rapid growth across multiple markets, we’re seeking an
Operations & Installation Coordinator to join the Vancouver team. You’ll manage scheduling, logistics, and customer communications while supporting on-site installations. Perfect for someone hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What do you do? - Schedule installations and coordinate logistics between customers, installers, carriers, and warehouse staff.
- Communicate with customers to ensure smooth installations, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues that arise.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate delivery and lead times.
- Assist with on-site booth builds and product installations.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and attend service calls to support customers.
What do you need?
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and assist with the installation of office furniture and other large products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Able to problem-solve in real time during customer interactions while confidently using tools to support installation work.
- Clean driving record; ability or willingness to operate larger vehicles (up to 26-foot box trucks).
