Specializing in modular, soundproof office booths that seamlessly fit any workspace and give employees a quiet place to focus and be productive.

With rapid growth across multiple markets, we’re seeking an Installation Coordinator to join the Vancouver team. You’ll manage scheduling, logistics, and customer communications while supporting on-site installations. Perfect for someone hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What’s in it for you?
  • $65,000 CAD + Great benefits.
  • Vancouver office | Hybrid.
  • Great training and development.
  • Career growth and travel opportunities.
  • Growing, global company!
What do you do?
  • Build and install soundproof office booths and modular furniture at client sites.
  • Load, unload, and set up equipment and tools for installation jobs.
  • Work directly with customers to make sure every install looks perfect.
  • Solve problems on the spot — adjust, repair, or troubleshoot as needed.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and teammates to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Occasionally assist with scheduling and logistics planning for upcoming installs.
What do you need?
  • Experience with hands-on work — construction, assembly, delivery, or similar.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy products safely.
  • Comfort using tools and reading basic instructions or diagrams.
  • Good communication skills — you’ll talk with clients and teammates daily.
  • A clean driving record and ability to operate larger vehicles (up to 26-foot box trucks).
  • A positive, can-do attitude — willing to learn, pitch in, and get the job done.
