Role Overview
As the Sales & Brand Representative for Northern California, you’ll take ownership of brand growth across the Bay Area. You’ll be the company’s first U.S.-based hire, tasked with launching and scaling the brand through hospitality, music, and cultural engagement. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong ties to the local scene, a passion for connecting people, and the ability to drive both on- and off-premise sales with creativity and purpose.

What do you do? - Lead sales efforts across Northern California in on-premise and retail environments
- Secure and grow key accounts while building strategic relationships with bar owners, retailers, and distributors
- Represent the brand at major events, festivals, and hospitality activations
- Identify cultural opportunities for partnership and brand alignment, especially in music and nightlife
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign execution
- Build visibility through tastings, staff trainings, and ambassador engagement
- Track and report on sales metrics, CRM activity, and market insights to the global leadership team
What do you need? - Experience in sales, partnerships, or brand roles — ideally within hospitality, beverages, or cultural spaces
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A well-connected presence in the Bay Area's cultural and hospitality scenes
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently
- Confidence in brand storytelling and the ability to represent a mission-led business with passion
- Flexibility and composure in a fast-paced environment
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Legal authorisation to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
