Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a company revolutionising the ticketing industry, providing world-class service that empowers business and crowds. The company is expanding their footprint with offices opening in Beverly Hills, CA. They're seeking a Sales Associate from the event service industry to join their team. 

In this role you'll be prospecting growth and partnership opportunities with businesses around the services and offerings that the company can provide. The successful candidate will have a passion for the entertainment and event service industry. Being fearless when conducting cold outreach and results-driven is crucial in this role. 
 
What’s in it for you?

• Competitive base salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission structure with OTE in year 1 being $250,000+ and year 3 being $800,000+ per annum.

What do you do?

• As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for generating new sales leads using various methods such as research, networking, and cold calling. Your goal will be to create a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• You will conduct client meetings and presentations with tailored pitches to showcase products and services.
• Collaborate with executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and increase our market presence.
• Review company data and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer service. 
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery to clients.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales activities, progress, and results will be part of your job, and you'll need to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

What do you need?

• Proven experience in sales, B2B experience will be highly regarded
• SaaS/Telecommunications sales experience (preferred).
• Consistent background of meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI’s
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
