Junior Account Executive. Founded in Hungary, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint in the United States and is looking for a driven, energetic individual to support this growth.
As a
Junior Account Executive, you will play a hybrid role—part hunter, part closer. You’ll take ownership of early-stage outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, email outreach, and occasional site visits. You'll also support the sales cycle by nurturing leads and collaborating with senior account executives to help move deals forward.

you must be based along the East Coast.

What do you do? - Prospecting & Initial Outreach: Proactively research and identify potential clients through targeted outreach efforts, including cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn engagement, and other channels to spark interest in the company’s solutions.
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Engage early with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying readiness—qualifying them for further engagement with senior sales team members.
- CRM & Pipeline Support: Keep the sales pipeline organized and up-to-date by logging prospect interactions, lead status, and next steps accurately in the CRM.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up introductory calls, product demos, or discovery meetings between qualified leads and senior account executives to help drive deal progression.
- Team Collaboration & Insights: Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies, share feedback on prospect quality, and support continuous process improvements.
What do you need? - +2 years experience in a high volume, outbound sales role
- Experience with or within the tech industry highly preferred
- A great attitude and desire to forge a career in sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills
