As a Sales Manager, you will be cultivating and maintaining brand awareness whilst building relationships with key decision makers. The successful candidate will be sales-driven and motivated to progress their career into a Regional Sales Management position!

What do you do? - Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and quoted opportunities.
- Managing the existing database to generate further opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers, and consultants.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs and expectations.
- Developing a holistic sales strategy, working with the Sales Support Team.
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
What do you need? - Previous experience in the hospitality industry – Hotel, conventions, or venues.
- Proven track record in opening high-value opportunities.
- Confidence in conducting cold outreach.
- A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
- Flexibility in dealing with different time zones.
- Confidence in cold calling.
- Desire to interact with different cultures and manage language barriers.
- Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
