$60,000 - $70,000 + Uncapped Commissions

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We are seeking a Sales Representative for the Miami team who will be responsible for generating and securing janitorial service contracts in the South Florida area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop business opportunities in the commercial cleaning and facilities management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with current customers and open doors to new business.
• Develop and deliver proposals, estimates, and job costings for prospective contracts.
• Write and submit bids for contracts, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
• Leverage the company’s brand and expertise to create new business opportunities and enhance market presence.
• Demonstrate productivity, teamwork, and commitment to company goals and values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in janitorial services, facilities management.
• Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business development strategies with a proven track record of executing successful sales plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts.
• Knowledge of the Miami and South Florida market is desirable.
