Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with growing company servicing clients across Australasia and the Americas. They are deploying AI-driven audio platforms for large physical store retailers engaging customers and suppliers to unlock untapped revenue potential . Partnering with fuel and convenience, quick service restaurants and more they are continuing to expand the services and teams here in the U.S. 

The successful candidate will action-oriented and driven to develop and execute the companies Salesforce capabilities. You will have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect focused on the modernizing of CRM systems end-to-end, bridging international teams across the US and enabling collaboration across sales, operations, and finance departments to prioritize and execute critical business objectives.

What do you do?

• Modernize existing workflows for enterprise customers, including service calls, service delivery, lead workflows, compliance integration, and revenue object management.
• Architect new project structures, including inventory management, CPQ (Configure, Price,Quote), revenue objects, compliance, and sales tax integrations.
• Implement Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and refine reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for the operations team.
• Map Salesforce backend integrations with company domain IP and APIs
• Optimize Salesforce data structures, focusing on contact databases and key customer
  information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of IT experience, including 2-4 years of progressive Salesforce technical development / architecture experience (e.g., Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Salesforce Technical Architect certification, CPQ or compliance-related experience is highly preferred   
• Expertise with Salesforce integration, automation, and data optimization techniques.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, LeanIX, and Python.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
