Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding company building its U.S. presence after major success in the UK and Australia. Specializing in modular acoustic booths designed to fit seamlessly into modern office environments, their innovative solutions allow employees to step away from the office bustle into a quiet, productive workspace.

With strong growth across global markets, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team in New York City. This hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales success, a creative approach to business development, and experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth industries.

What you’ll do?
  • Manage and expand a B2B client portfolio while driving new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and consultations to identify client goals and tailor solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to prepare proposals and strategic pitches.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to close — maintaining pipeline accuracy in CRM.
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and innovation within workplace solutions.  
What you need
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales or account management experience in fast-growing, innovative industries such as SaaS, E-commerce, Real Estate, Marketing.
  • Strong record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for scaling emerging brands.
