What do you do? - Lead underwriting strategy for cyber and digital asset risks across U.S. and international markets.
- Manage and strengthen key broker and distribution relationships to drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with product, actuarial, and claims teams to develop innovative coverage solutions.
- Evaluate and price complex risks, ensuring alignment with company goals and risk appetite.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and adapt underwriting frameworks proactively.
- Mentor and support junior underwriters, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
What do you need? - Strong technical understanding of cyber risk and coverage trends.
- Established network of broker relationships and proven ability to generate new business.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- 5–8 years experience in cyber underwriting (carrier, MGA)
