What do you do?

• Lead underwriting strategy for cyber and digital asset risks across U.S. and international markets.
• Manage and strengthen key broker and distribution relationships to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with product, actuarial, and claims teams to develop innovative coverage solutions.
• Evaluate and price complex risks, ensuring alignment with company goals and risk appetite.
• Monitor emerging cyber threats and adapt underwriting frameworks proactively.
• Mentor and support junior underwriters, fostering a culture of technical excellence.  

What do you need?

• Strong technical understanding of cyber risk and coverage trends.
• Established network of broker relationships and proven ability to generate new business.
• Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative leadership style.  
• 5–8 years experience in cyber underwriting (carrier, MGA)
