Warehouse Associate

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a global design-focused manufacturer specializing in premium acoustic solutions. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability, this company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their growing operations team in Bohemia, NY.
If you’re a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys working with high-quality materials that end up in world-class projects—this role could be for you.

What’s in it for you?
  • Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

What do you do?
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of materials and products
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with precision and care
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Support the logistics team with loading/unloading shipments
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet production and client timelines
What do you need?
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to get certified)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
