Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company, based in Fullerton, CA.  
Our client is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager who is bilingual in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate has a background in International Trade Industry, is unafraid to take on new challenges, determined and highly motivated to optimize workflows.
   
The company is growing and expanding and looking an experience Warehouse Operations Manager who thrives and acclimates in a dynamic and evolving position.

What do you do:

• Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods.
• Lead and develop staff, providing training and performance management.
• Optimize warehouse space and streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring all operations meet contract requirements.
• Manage the warehouse budget, identifying cost-saving measures and ensuring timely billing.
• Oversee the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with the executive time based in China. 

What do you do:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and transportation coordination.
• Ability to work earlier and later hours when needed. 
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude.
