Bilingual Sales Manager (Chinese Required)

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and grow distributor and direct customer relationships across the East Coast
  • Oversee annual sales budgets, inventory, trade promotions, and product launches
  • Lead field visits to maximize shelf placement, brand visibility, and promotional effectiveness
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual sales reporting and forecasts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to execute market strategies
  • Train distributor teams and support new product launches
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Identify new business and channel opportunities while providing top-tier customer service
What do you need?
  • 5+ years in field sales within FMCG grocery or food industry
  • Strong experience managing distributors
  • Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, time management, and strategic thinking
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel to Canada
