What will you be doing?
Manage and grow distributor and direct customer relationships across the East Coast
Oversee annual sales budgets, inventory, trade promotions, and product launches
Lead field visits to maximize shelf placement, brand visibility, and promotional effectiveness
Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual sales reporting and forecasts
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to execute market strategies
Train distributor teams and support new product launches
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
Identify new business and channel opportunities while providing top-tier customer service
What do you need?
5+ years in field sales within FMCG grocery or food industry
Strong experience managing distributors
Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, time management, and strategic thinking
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel to Canada
