Role Overview
As Senior Executive / Personal Assistant /Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless coordination across the Executive Assistant team, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing operations. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic setting.

What do you do?
- Manage the CEO’s complex professional and personal calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and household logistics.
- Serve as the main liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, clients, and the Executive Assistant team.
- Manage confidential correspondence and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
- Improve operational processes and drive accountability across teams.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years in a Personal/Executive Assistant role (supporting a CEO, UHNW individual, or high-demand principal preferred).
- Proven experience managing personal tasks and household logistics for a senior leader or UHNW individual.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a “no task too small” mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, trading, or technology industries.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis platforms.
