Direct Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inbound and SME sales team, driving growth, process excellence, and client success. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence and shaping how organizations design and experience their work environments.

What do you do? - Lead, coach, and develop a team of inbound and SME sales reps to exceed revenue goals.
- Drive consistent pipeline management, conversion, and forecasting accuracy.
- Streamline processes, improve tools, and leverage data to scale team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client journey and support business growth.
What do you need? - 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing inbound or SME teams.
- A hands-on, coaching-oriented leadership style that inspires and develops talent.
- Proven success in high-growth or fast-scaling environments, ideally within design, interiors, or premium product industries.
- Commercially strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term sales enablement.
- Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for innovation and design.
