This global leader is seeking a talented
Global Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships across the San Francisco Bay Area.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the building materials sector who excels at managing complex, high-value relationships. You'll oversee the needs of key enterprise-level clients, acting as their strategic partner to ensure seamless project delivery, anticipate challenges, and uncover opportunities for long-term growth.

What do you do? - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main liaison between the company and its clients
- Nurture and expand relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end-users in the Bay Area
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal design, technical, and project management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
- Track account performance, analyze data, and develop action plans to exceed retention and growth targets
What do you need? - Proven track record in account management, preferably in the building materials, architecture, or design sectors
- Exceptional relationship-building and client service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with an eye for growth opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of personal drive
