Marketing Coordinator

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious, member-focused organization in New York City that is seeking a Marketing & Membership Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, communications, and member engagement efforts. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional, high-touch member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members and support initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support for membership records, communications, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts, offering insights for improvement
  • Support the Director of Membership with marketing and communication strategies.

What you need:

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, hospitality-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ​​​​​​​Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • ​​​​​​​Proficiency in Canva.
  • ​​​​​​​Comfortable working with technology and marketing/membership systems.
  • ​​​​​​​Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
  • ​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
