Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious, member-focused organization in New York City that is seeking a Marketing & Membership Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, communications, and member engagement efforts. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional, high-touch member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members and support initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support for membership records, communications, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
- Track and analyze marketing efforts, offering insights for improvement
- Support the Director of Membership with marketing and communication strategies.
What you need:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, hospitality-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Comfortable working with technology and marketing/membership systems.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
