Known for excellence in manufacturing and engineering, this company is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through production, playing a key role in the delivery of signature acoustic installations across the built environment.

Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. You’ll be responsible for driving project success through detailed planning, cross-team collaboration, and continuous process improvement—all while ensuring alignment with client specifications and delivery expectations.

What do you do?

  • Oversee project execution from design through to manufacturing and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to maintain alignment and momentum

  • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including project timelines, progress reports, and stakeholder communications

  • Continuously assess and optimize project workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Track project budgets and identify opportunities for savings

  • Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to support long-term operational excellence

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex or high-value projects in construction, manufacturing, or architectural industries

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders

  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision

  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
