Currently, they are looking to onboard a Personal Lines Account Manager to consolidate the NE region. The ideal candidate will have Account Management expertise within personal lines and a production mentality.

About You
- Experience servicing personal lines in an agency or brokerage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts
- Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working with carriers, clients, and producers
- P&C license (or ability to obtain) preferred
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and service a book of personal insurance accounts
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and carriers
- Support producers with marketing, placement, and retention
- Identify coverage gaps and add-value opportunities
