Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an international paper and cardboard manufacturing & packaging company who partner with some of the biggest brands across the globe for their paper cups, cardboard boxes, popcorn boxes etc. We are currently on the lookout for an Office Manager to join the team!

As an Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing office operations end-to-end, including vendor coordination, facilities oversight, scheduling, supplies, and general administrative support to leadership. The right candidate is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused—someone who can anticipate needs, juggle competing priorities, and execute with speed and precision.

What do you do?
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized environment
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and coordinating services (cleaning, maintenance, supplies)
  • Handle office budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
    Coordinate facilities management, including repairs, maintenance, and workspace optimization
  • Maintain office inventory and proactively manage ordering of supplies and equipment
    Support leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Implement and improve office systems, processes, and operational workflows
    Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and service providers
  • Support HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with policies and compliance
  • Partner with leadership and HR to help drive a positive office culture, employee engagement, and team events
What do you need?
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in packaging, graphic design or paper manufacturing will be highly regarded
  • Proactive and solutions-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to implement and improve processes
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to step in wherever needed
