Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing, operationally complex manufacturing business that is looking for a high-impact Senior Customer Project Manager to take full ownership of customer programs from concept through delivery.

This is a critical, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of production, quality, logistics, and customer success. You’ll be the driving force behind execution—ensuring artwork, production, labeling, and delivery are all seamlessly aligned.

What do you do?

  • Own full lifecycle of customer projects—from artwork through to final delivery
  • Manage case artwork, labeling, and print approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Translate customer requirements into production-ready specifications
  • Coordinate production scheduling, materials, tooling, and execution
  • Oversee packaging, palletization, and shipment integrity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers on timelines, risks, and delivery updates
  • Proactively identify and resolve production or delivery challenges
  • Partner with quality teams to maintain standards and manage corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvements across processes and execution workflows

What do you need?

  • Experience in project management within manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, packaging, or print processes (highly preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
