What do you do?
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed napkin converting machines
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Diagnose machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
Assist with machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations
Work closely with operators and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor
What do you need?
Experience working on napkin machines, tissue converting equipment, or similar high-speed production machinery
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, conveyors, and production equipment
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
Technical training, maintenance certification, or related experience preferred
