Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

This position allows you to direct their front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth service and supporting their larger event operations.

What do you do?
Work directly alongside the floor staff to guarantee prompt and effective meal delivery.
Answer incoming calls and secure table bookings meticulously.
Supervise catered events and group gatherings to ensure flawless execution and timing.
Listen to patron feedback and collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues quickly.
Review incoming inventory shipments to confirm accurate amounts and acceptable quality.
Welcome arriving patrons, guide them to their tables, and offer beverage and food menus.
Enforce all safety, fire, and sanitation regulations within the facility.
Pitch in with table maintenance and beverage service during peak hours.
What do you need?
A two-year college degree or higher focused on hospitality.
At least two years of background working in the hospitality sector.
Proficiency with typical office software and strong interpersonal capabilities.
The physical stamina to stand for long shifts and safely move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
