Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with one of the most recognized names in luxury hospitality equipment in their search for two Sales Managers in Las Vegas. Their product sits inside the world's most prestigious hotels and resorts, supplying the brands that define what world class hospitality looks like. It's a name any salesperson would be proud to represent, and with ambitious growth plans across the US, these two hires will be at the heart of building their footprint in one of the most important hospitality markets on the planet.
This is real relationship sales. Long cycles, senior conversations, and a premium product whose quality genuinely sells itself once you get it in front of the right people. You'll be supported to do what you do best, sell, by connecting with the market, building relationships, and closing deals. All administrative tasks, including quoting and documentation, are handled by a dedicated sales support team, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most: driving revenue.

What do you do? - Build and own relationships with hotel owners, operators, and designers across Las Vegas and surrounding markets
- Win new business and grow existing accounts through consultative, solution led selling
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Work alongside the sales support team to keep deals moving and quotes accurate
- Use CRM data to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast with confidence
What do you need?
- A background in hospitality (management, operations, or sales) or in high end luxury sales
- Strong tenure in previous roles. This is a relationship led role where the first 10 to 12 months are about laying foundations, and the people who win here are the ones with the patience to do that
- Confidence in cold outreach and the emotional intelligence to convert cold and warm conversations into long term clients
- Comfort with long sales cycles and complex, multi stakeholder deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the credibility to engage senior decision makers
- CRM fluency and the discipline to use data to drive your week
- Willingness to work fully onsite (no work from home arrangement)
