Woods & Co Recruitment is growing — and we’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our fast-paced property, development and corporate recruitment team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and wants exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a well-connected, high-performing agency environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment processes running smoothly while working closely with experienced consultants and some of the most recognised businesses across property, construction and professional services.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating candidate interviews, meetings and recruitment logistics
- Formatting CVs, preparing candidate packs and managing database updates
- Supporting job advertising, LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement
- Managing CRM systems, compliance documentation and reporting
- Acting as a key communication link between candidates, consultants and clients
About You
- Previous administration, coordination or recruitment support experience preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
