Hourly rate between $22–$30 per hour depending on experience

What do you do?
Operate and monitor napkin converting and production machinery
Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform changeovers as needed
Ensure products meet quality and production standards
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate larger maintenance concerns
Monitor raw materials and maintain steady production flow
Complete production reports and machine documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime within the packaging facility
What do you need?
Previous experience operating manufacturing, converting, or packaging machinery preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards
