What’s in it for you?

  • Base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 + OTE
  • Hybrid/On-site work (New York) as required.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify and engage venue operators aligned with target customer profiles.
  • Run structured outbound campaigns using sales engagement tools.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit before passing to Account Executives.
  • Conduct early-stage discovery conversations to surface relevant insights.
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records after interactions and updates.
  • Own your performance metrics and seek opportunities for pipeline improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relevance and personalisation.
  • Highly organised with excellent pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Apollo, Mixmax, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to workflows.
  • Genuine curiosity about prospects and their business models, especially within operational or venue-based environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building outbound sequences and iterating on messaging performance.
  • Exposure to early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, or outreach efficiency.
