What you’ll do:

• Build employee schedules, assign daily tasks, and process payroll documentation
• Organize facility layouts and negotiate event specifics with clients
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to ensure meals are served promptly
• Handle patron concerns regarding their meals or overall experience with professionalism
• Source and purchase necessary operational supplies and equipment
• Ensure all food handling spaces strictly adhere to municipal health and safety codes
• Instruct personnel on proper service etiquette to elevate the customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• An associate’s degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
• Digital literacy, particularly with standard office programs
• The capacity to comfortably lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the day
