What you’ll do:

• Engage with members and support initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction
• Provide administrative support for membership records, communications, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution
• Track and analyze marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Assist the Director of Membership with marketing and communication strategies

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, hospitality-focused approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Canva
• Comfortable working with technology and marketing/membership systems
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
