The company is continuing to expand its U.S. presence and is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive specification sales across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working closely with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and end users to bring innovative building solutions into major commercial projects. Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + performance incentives

What do you do?
Develop and manage relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and key project stakeholders across the Dallas/Fort Worth market
Drive specification sales by ensuring products are selected during the design phase of commercial construction projects
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings, presentations, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with internal estimating and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project solutions
Review architectural drawings and project documentation to identify specification opportunities
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product systems and how they integrate into commercial construction projects
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities to strengthen regional sales strategies
Mentor and support junior members of the sales team where required
What do you need?
Experience in specification sales, architectural products, commercial construction, or related building materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documentation
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a sales territory
Technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region for client meetings and project visits
