Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a fast-growing, operationally complex manufacturing business that is looking for a high-impact Customer Project Manager to take full ownership of customer programs from concept through delivery.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role sitting at the intersection of production, packaging, quality, logistics, and customer success. You’ll be the key driver ensuring artwork, packaging, production, labeling, and delivery all align seamlessly.

What do you do?
- Own the full lifecycle of customer projects from artwork through to final delivery.
- Manage packaging, labeling, and print approvals with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate production schedules, materials, and manufacturing execution.
- Oversee packaging, palletization, and shipment readiness.
- Act as key customer contact for timelines, risks, and delivery updates.
What do you need?
- Experience in project management within manufacturing, production, or supply chain.
- Strong background in packaging, print, or production environments (essential).
- Experience within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with packaging suppliers or co-packers.
- Exposure to food manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated production environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows.
- Experience in improving operational processes or workflows.
