Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Graphic Designer with a focus on shaping brand identity through visually compelling design. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to create captivating graphics that resonate with audiences across both print and digital platforms while helping drive cohesive brand messaging across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Create engaging visual assets across print, digital, and social channels.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Produce 3D renders and design assets to showcase products.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on creative projects.
• Contribute fresh ideas that enhance the customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience with UI/UX, animation, or 3D rendering software is highly regarded.
