Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to recruit for a Director of Finance & Ops at a standout organization specializing in facade access and building maintenance solutions for some of the most iconic commercial properties across the country. We’re partnering to find a driven, resilient Director of Finance & Operations who can step in as the trusted right-hand to the CFO, owning both financial and operational functions in a fast-paced, growing business.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CFO across finance and operations.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, insurance renewals, and audit processes.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance and operations team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and business performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior finance or operations leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, payroll, AP, and AR processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Resilient, solutions-focused leader with excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently make decisions independently.
