Woods & Co is excited to be adding a Recruitment Coordinator to our growing New York team.

This role is designed as the first step towards becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant. We want our Coordinators to progress quickly, develop commercial capability and eventually manage their own desk and clients.

What you'll do: - Support Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening and database management
- Build and maintain strong talent pools across key markets
- Conduct searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing tools
- Manage candidate relationships and keep top talent engaged
- Coordinate interviews and assist with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Ensure all activity is accurately captured within Bullhorn
- Participate in weekly WIP meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to the team
- Generate new opportunities through networking, reference checking and proactive outreach
- Build your personal brand through regular LinkedIn activity
- Learn the foundations of business development and recruitment consulting
- Develop the skills required to progress into a 360 Consultant role
What we're looking for: - Someone with energy, ambition and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Previous recruitment experience is helpful but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
- High standards, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, coachability and a team first attitude
